Our combined 40 years experience and knowledge of the industry has been documented throughout the United States. We have coordinated state/regional conferences, provided technical assistance for training, testing and certification of housing counselors for over 40 years, which consist of Comprehensive Housing Counselors working for Public Housing Authorities, National Intermediaries (Enterprise Foundation, Neighborhood Reinvestment and Catholic Charities USA), Community Action Agencies and Community Based Non Profits in the United States. Conducted Economic Development conferences for HUD - Dallas Area Office, Chief executive of the Business Assistance Center – West Dallas Neighborhood Development Corp. Currently creating pools of pre qualified borrowers in East Texas for the Housing Choice Voucher for Homeownership Program.
